Paper Wristband is the wristband specialist arm of Apprintable Limited, a UK eco-conscious print company operating from a purpose-built production warehouse in Wembley, London. We print everything in-house, no third-party fulfilment, no offshore production. From single units to bulk runs of tens of thousands, we flex with what you need.
Our story
Apprintable started in 2015 from a bedroom, a laptop, and a belief that great print didn't have to be complicated. Orders were taken from home offices, products packed on kitchen tables, deliveries made personally. As demand grew, the operation expanded through garden sheds and spare rooms before moving into a proper co-working space. By year six we were in a Wembley Park office, and by year eight we'd built out the full production warehouse where we operate today.
The scale has changed. The care hasn't.
What makes us different
- Speed without compromise. Standard turnaround is 3–5 working days. Express and same-day dispatch available on selected products including wristbands.
- Scale flexibility. From 1 to 100,000+ units, same kit, same care.
- A real team, not a ticket queue. Call us and a human picks up.
- Sustainability matters. FSC-certified stocks, recycled substrates, eco-inks. We've replanted over 10,000 trees in the last five years.
What we print on (beyond wristbands)
The warehouse runs 15+ machines including Ricoh Pro C9500, Xerox Versant 280, Ricoh Pro C5300, and Mimaki CJV330 for wide-format. In-house finishing includes booklet-makers, laminators, die-cutters, and creasing equipment. Materials: uncoated, silk-coated, gloss-coated, recycled papers, boxboard, self-adhesive options, and magnetic sheets.
