Terms Conditions

These terms apply to orders placed with Paper Wristband, a trading name of Apprintable Limited (company number 09554876, VAT GB216192915), Unit 6 Montague Works, 90 Queensbury Road, Wembley, London HA0 1QG. Placing an order means you accept these terms. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

1. Ordering

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full — for example artwork we cannot lawfully print, a genuine pricing error, or stock we cannot source.

2. Prices and VAT

Prices are shown on each product page, where you can view them with or without VAT. The price you pay is the total shown at checkout. VAT depends on the printed content of some products; where an item qualifies for zero-rating this is applied automatically, and the VAT treatment is shown before you pay.

3. Payment

Payment is taken in full by card at checkout, before production begins, using the card and wallet methods shown. Approved trade accounts on invoiced terms are available by prior written arrangement only.

4. Personalised and custom-printed goods

Wristbands are printed to your design and specification, so they are personalised goods. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 the 14-day right to change your mind does not apply to personalised goods once production has started. You can still cancel before production begins for a full refund — please call us as early as possible. This does not affect your rights if goods arrive faulty, damaged or not as described (see section 8).

5. Your artwork and design

You are responsible for the artwork you design or upload — spelling, layout, logos, and that you hold the rights to any images or trademarks you use. By placing your order you confirm your design is correct and ready to print: the online designer preview is your proof, and we print what you approve. We cannot be responsible for errors in artwork you approved, but if we make a mistake against your approved design we will put it right.

6. Turnaround and delivery

Turnaround times and same-day / next-day cut-offs are shown on the product page and at checkout. They are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for delays outside our control such as courier or weather. Delivery options and charges are shown at checkout. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes once we have received full payment, which for card orders is at checkout.

7. Quantity

We deliver the quantity you order.

8. Faults, damage and returns

Please check your order on arrival. If anything is faulty, damaged or not as described, tell us within 14 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement, reprint or refund as appropriate. See our Refunds & Returns Policy. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by anything in these terms.

9. Our liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Intellectual property

We keep the rights in our own templates, designs, site content and imagery, which you may not reuse without permission. You keep the rights in your own artwork and grant us the licence we need to print and fulfil your order. You confirm your content does not infringe anyone else's rights and agree to cover us against claims that it does.

12. General

We may update these terms; the version that applies to your order is the one published when you order. These terms are governed by English law and subject to the courts of England and Wales.
