These terms apply to all orders placed with Paper Wristband (a trading name of Apprintable Limited, company number 09554876, VAT GB216192915). Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

1. Payment Terms

Account customers: Full payment due by month-end following the invoice month unless special terms are agreed in writing.

Non-account customers: Payment required before 5:00 pm on the scheduled delivery day.

Discounts: Conditional on timely payment. Overdue accounts may be invoiced for discounts previously applied.

VAT: Applied to certain printed items based on artwork content. You'll be notified before delivery. If VAT is identified post-payment, you remain liable for the full amount before goods are released.

2. Overdue Accounts

No goods are delivered on unpaid accounts 14+ days overdue. Interest is charged at 8% above the Bank of England base rate from the due date. We reserve the right to pursue collection and legal action. You are liable for legal and collection charges if third-party or court proceedings are required.

3. Passing of Title and Risk

Risk passes to you on delivery. Goods remain Apprintable Limited's property until full payment is received. Until then, you must store the goods separately and clearly marked as our property. Sales proceeds are held in trust. We retain the right to enter your premises and repossess unpaid goods.

4. Products

We reserve the right to alter product details without notice. No warranty is given regarding advertising accuracy; no liability is accepted for errors or resulting losses.

5. Quotations and Contracts

Orders are subject to price adjustment for changes in law/regulation, taxation, duties, or increased wages/material costs. Quotations are valid for 14 days. Prices and offers may change at any time without notice.

6. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates only. We accept no liability for delays or delivery errors. Delivery charges apply at prevailing rates. We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to non-payment.

International transit times are approximate and subject to customs clearance. We are not liable for international delivery delays or customs/excise charges on imports/exports.

7. Quantity Variation

Contracts are fulfilled by delivery within ±5% of the ordered quantity, charged at the contract rate.

8. Claims

Damage, delay, or partial-loss claims must reach us within 5 days of delivery.
Quality or quantity claims must reach us within 5 working days of receipt or goods are deemed compliant.
You must examine goods at delivery. We are not liable for transit damage unless noted on the delivery note.
Non-delivery claims must reach us within 4 days of invoice receipt.
Full printing return is required before any reprint is considered. We may refuse reprint or refund if the printing meets quality standards and tolerances.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the contract value, except for death, injury, or personal property damage. No responsibility is accepted unless the claim notification procedures (clause 8) are fully followed. No liability is accepted for financial losses including expenses, interest, or lost earnings on payments for unfulfilled orders. Your consumer rights are unaffected by these terms.

11. Samples

Submitted on approval. Charged if not returned in good condition within 14 days.

12. Order Changes

Written notice is required before production commences. Increases are regarded as separate contracts unless notified before work starts.

13. Artwork and Printing

We own the copyright in plates, artwork, designs, transparencies, and artistic work we create. We will not reproduce items for industry competitors unless you default on payment.
All artwork printed in CMYK unless requested otherwise (additional fees apply).
Orders are completed using your supplied artwork. You are liable for any additional costs from inaccurate artwork.
Logo design service charged up to £120 for the first 4 proofs; thereafter up to £50/hour.
Retainer payments become non-refundable once preliminary artwork is created.
One hour is allowed post-order for artwork changes; amendments after this incur charges.
One design per product kind is quoted; additional designs are chargeable.
Images, text, and logos on our site are our property and not for use without written permission.

14. Proofs

Print colour is affected by material, lamination, and varnish. We are not liable for colour variations from these factors.
Proofs are not supplied as standard. Digital and printed proofs require written request at ordering time; verbal confirmation is not accepted. Printed proofs subject to additional charges unless agreed.
If we identify defective artwork during checks, you'll be notified. You're responsible for corrections or authorising us to correct (charges apply). Proceeding without corrections is at your risk.
Check proofs thoroughly. Once approved, they are deemed correct and ready for print — responsibility transfers to you. View at 100% for exact size. Print starts only after final written proof confirmation via email.
Final proofs require written sign-off received by 5pm on the proof send date to meet the agreed deadline.

15. Orders On Hold

After 14 days without notification, a 5% charge of the original order value plus £10 administration fee applies. We reserve the right to discard a job after 28 days. You remain liable for the full order value unless cancelled within 28 days; cancellation charges apply.

16. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failures arising from events beyond our reasonable control or inability to procure materials. We may terminate the contract without liability by notice.

17. Complaints

Complaints must reach us within 48 hours of receipt. We will assess and may offer a reprint. Complaints after 48 hours void reprint offers and assessment.

18. Governing Law

These terms are governed by English Law. Social media and website reviews may be used in our marketing materials.
