Daily School Wristbands

Daily bands give a school a visible, disposable pass: a different colour each day means anyone still wearing yesterday's is obvious at a glance, which is exactly what a single reusable lanyard cannot do.

Black print on coloured Tyvek keeps the cost per band low enough to use every day of term, and the tamper-evident seal means a band cannot be passed on once it is issued.

Running a colour rota

Most schools run a five-colour rota, one per weekday, so the pattern is easy for staff to hold and impossible for a pupil to game. With eleven band colours available you can keep two in reserve for trip days and visitors without breaking the rota. Print the day name on the band itself if you would rather not rely on staff remembering which colour is current.

Cost per pupil

A daily band is only workable if it is genuinely cheap, which is why this is the single-ink band rather than full colour. Work on one band per pupil per day plus a small margin for re-issues, and order in term blocks rather than weekly so you are not paying delivery repeatedly.
