Election Wristbands

Election work needs identification that is obviously neutral: no colour that could read as a party, nothing that looks like campaign material. Plain white with black text is the safe choice.

Staying visibly neutral

White with black print is the only combination that cannot be read as party colours, which matters in a count hall where agents are watching. Avoid red, blue, yellow, green and purple bands entirely for this job, however convenient the colour-coding would be.

Roles at a count

Counts run with several groups in one room: counting staff, agents, candidates, media and observers. Printing the role on the band, rather than colour-coding it, keeps every band neutral while still separating who may stand where.
