Halloween Wristbands

Halloween events are usually high-volume and low-margin, so the band needs to cost almost nothing. Black print on orange Tyvek does the job at the lowest price we print.

What to print on a Halloween band

Keep it to three things: the event name, the date, and the session time if you run timed entry. Trails and haunted houses admit in waves, so a different band colour per session stops a 6pm ticket walking back in at 9pm. We print black ink on eleven band colours, so you can run orange for public nights and neon green for stewards without paying for a second design.

How many to order

Order one band per admission rather than per ticket sold, and add roughly ten per cent for damage and refits at the gate. The minimum is 50 bands in batches of 10, so a school disco and a three-night trail both work.

Ordering late

Halloween orders cluster in the final ten days of October, which is also when artwork tends to change. If you are ordering inside a week, the single-ink Tyvek band is the fastest to press and the cheapest per band. Full colour is worth it only when a sponsor logo or a photograph has to reproduce. Check delivery cut-offs before you order.
