School Reward Wristbands
A reward the child wears home and is asked about.

A sticker comes off in a coat pocket. A wristband is still on at teatime, which is when the achievement actually gets talked about, and that is most of the value of a reward band.
Cheap enough to hand out weekly, bright enough to notice, and printed with whatever you reward: reading, kindness, effort, attendance.
Making it worth wearing
The reward works because the child is asked about it at home, so the band has to be readable by an adult across a kitchen. Short, bold wording beats a crowded design: one line naming the achievement and the school name underneath is usually enough. Bright band colours get worn; white ones get picked off.
One design or several
Some schools order a single band and write the reason on it by hand, which is cheapest. Others order one design per value they reward, in a different band colour each, so a child collects them across a term. Both work at this price; the second gives staff something to hand out without writing anything.
