Shows entry screening was done, without re-checking at every door. A band is faster than a list and does not need the same member of staff to be present.

Screening once, at one point

The value is in checking at a single controlled entrance and letting every internal door read the band instead. That keeps the queue at one place rather than spreading it across the site, and it means internal staff do not need equipment or training.

Rotating the colour

Where screening is daily, change band colour each day so a band cannot be kept and reused tomorrow. With eleven colours you can run a fortnight before repeating. Printing the date does the same job if you would rather order a single colour.

Ordering

From 50 bands in batches of 10. Waterproof and tamper-evident, so a band survives a shift and cannot be moved to another wrist. See the Tyvek band for colours.
